FN-INKS

FN-INKS™ is a professional-grade plastisol ink system designed specifically for screen printing applications. The color reference table below is intended to help printers, designers, and customers better visualize available ink colors using digital approximations including HEX values, RGB values, and visual swatches.

Because screen printing ink behaves differently on fabric than digital colors do on a monitor, the displayed colors should be considered close visual references rather than exact matches. Variables such as garment color, mesh count, underbase selection, curing temperature, ink opacity, and lighting conditions can all influence the final printed appearance.

The FN-INKS mixing system allows printers to create a wide range of custom colors by combining base ink formulas according to standardized mixing ratios. This provides flexibility for matching brand colors, school spirit wear, athletic programs, promotional apparel, and custom merchandise while maintaining consistency across print runs.

For production environments, printers commonly use these colors within several screen printing methods, including:

• Spot Color Printing — Individual colors printed one layer at a time for bold, vibrant designs.
• Simulated Process Printing — Layered halftone techniques used to reproduce detailed artwork with expanded color depth.
• CMYK Process Printing — Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks combined to reproduce full-color images.

Digital color references are helpful for planning and design, but final ink appearance should always be verified through physical print samples when color accuracy is critical.
